Terms and Conditions:
1. Booking and Reservation:
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- The person making the reservation must be at least 21 years old.
- Bookings are considered confirmed only after receiving full payment or the required advance payment.
2. Payment Policy:
- Full payment or the specified advance payment is required to secure a reservation.
- Payment methods accepted include credit card, bank transfers, or crypto (if applicable).
- Reservation is not secured until the full payment is received.
3. Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation policies vary based on the chosen Room Rate.
- Non-Refundable Room Rates are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
- Flexible Cancellation Room Rates may have a cancellation fee, with details outlined in the Cancellation Policy.
4. Check-In and Check-Out:
- Standard check-in time is from 15:00 up to 21:00.
- Earlier or later check-in or later check-out depends on availability and previous confirmation. Fee can be applied.
- Guests must inform the property at least 1 hour in advance of their expected arrival time or be prepared to wait from 15 to 60 minutes until the check-in procedure starts.
- Check-out is untill 10:00 morning.
5. Children and Beds:
- Children of any age are welcome.
- Please add the number of children in your group and their ages to your search for correct prices and occupancy information.
6. Smoking:
- Smoking is not allowed.
- Availiable Restaurants where smoking is allowed
7. Parties:
- Parties/events/meetings are strictly forbidden.
- Visits of unidentified persons are not allowed.
8. Purpose of Use:
- The apartment is handed over for the purpose of accommodation only for checked-in persons.
- Any audiovisual production that is not of a private nature requires prior written consent from the property and is subject to a fee. Publication on social networks is not considered private.
9. Quiet Hours:
- Guests must be quiet between 22:00 and 07:00.
10. Pets:
- Pets are not allowed.
11. Jurisdiction:
Slovak Republic.
12. Requirements for check-in:
- On check-in, each guest must provide an ID document with a photo.
- A payment card for a deposit hold in the amount of 200 EUR is required. For longer stays, a higher amount may be requested.
- Payment card should be physical; cards in photos or mobile applications can not be accepted.
By making a reservation, guests acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions. It's recommended to review these terms carefully before making a reservation
Payment Policy:
1. Advance Payment:
- For reservations made under the Non-Refundable Room Rate, 100% advance payment is required.
- For reservations made under the Flexible Cancellation Room Rate, a 20% advance payment is required to secure the reservation.
- The 20% advance payment secures the reservation from the time the prepayment is received until 15 days before the check-in date.
- To secure reservations from 14 days or more before the check-in date until the check-in date, 100% of the reservation cost should be paid.
- If any issues arise in receiving the remaining 80% of the payment, the reservation is not secured and may be sold to another guest.
2. Accepted Payment Methods:
- Standard payments can be made by credit card through the reservation system on this website provided by Stripe.
- Bank transfers or crypto payments are available after prior confirmation and agreement.
3. Payment Deadline:
- The payment deadline is determined by the chosen Room Rate and Cancellation Policy.
- For the Non-Refundable Room Rate, 100% payment is required in advance.
- For the Flexible Cancellation Room Rate, the 20% advance payment secures the reservation from the time the prepayment is received until 15 days before the check-in date. The full 100% of the reservation cost should be paid from 14 days or more before the check-in date until the check-in date.
If any issues arise in receiving the remaining 80% of the payment, the reservation is not secured and may be sold to another guest.
4. Reservation Confirmation:
- Reservation confirmations are received through this reservation platform or from our official email address.
- Please carefully review and adhere to our Payment Policy to ensure a smooth and secure reservation process.

Cancellation Policy
Non-Refundable Reservations (100% in Advance):
To secure and confirm your reservation, full payment must be made in advance. Our non-refundable prices do not allow for changes to reservations, including guest names, dates, apartments, or any other details. Cancellations, changes, or no-shows will result in a fee equal to the total reservation amount.
Flexible Cancellation Policy (20% in Advance, 80% Due 15 Days Before Arrival):
For reservations made under the flexible cancellation policy, a 20% payment is required in advance to secure and confirm your reservation. The remaining 80% is due 15 days before the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made within this timeframe will result in a fee equal to the total reservation amount.
No-shows are subject to a fee equal to 100% of the total reservation amount.
Please Note:
All reservations must be fully paid in advance to ensure confirmation.
Non-refundable reservations do not permit changes or cancellations and are subject to the full reservation amount in the event of a cancellation, change, or no-show.
For reservations under the flexible cancellation policy, the initial 20% payment is non-refundable. The remaining 80% is due 14 days before the scheduled arrival date, and cancellations within this period will result in a fee equal to the total reservation amount.
No-shows are subject to a fee equal to 100% of the total reservation amount.
We recommend reviewing and understanding our cancellation policy thoroughly before making a reservation.
